How to do my hair...I am a bridesmaid in a wedding?

I am going to be a bridesmaid in a wedding on Nov. 29. My hair is cut sort of like the Victoria Beckham bob before she cut it into a pixie cut - longer in front, short in the back. How should I do my hair? The dress is red and strapless. Pictures would be great.
